RE: Rezoning Application
Dear CLR Staff,
We are pleased to submit U Wash It Laundry Facility located on John Barrow. The total site is about
1.11 acres. This site which is currently zoned O1 and we are requesting the site be rezoned C1. We are
proposing a commercial building just below 3300 SF. We believe this proposed development works very well
with the adjacent property Zoned C3 to the south, a parking lot to the north zoned O1, and a fence company
across the street zoned O3. This is also a facility that will serve the surrounding neighborhood by providing a
laundry facility. This will have high quality washing machines and a very clean atmosphere.
