Applicant responses are due no later than Thursday, September 18, 2025. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Staff Comments:
Provide revised site plan as per meeting with staff on 9/9/2015.
How will trash be collected?
Provide maximum number of employees at any given time.
Provide operating hours (time/days of the week) for the proposed use.
Will there be a sign? If so, all signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones).
Will there be perimeter fencing? If so, show on a revised site plan. Any fence or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
