How will trash be collected? Trash will be collected using individual trash cans. A designated trash storage area is shown on the site plan. Cans will be rolled curbside on collection
days in accordance with City collection procedures.
Provide maximum number of employees at any given time. The proposed use will have a maximum of three (3) employees on site at any given time.

Will there be a sign? If so, all signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones). One building-mounted wall sign is proposed.
All signage will comply fully with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (commercial zones).
Will there be perimeter fencing? If so, show on a revised site plan. Any fence or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. An existing perimeter fence

Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. All site lighting will consist of low-level, fully shielded LED fixtures directed downward and away from adjacent
properties, in full compliance with City standards.
