seconds East 189.82 feet to a set one-half inch rebar with a cap (1467) for the point of beginning; thence
North 53 degrees 13 minutes 46 seconds East 162.00 feet to a set one-half inch rebar with cap (1467);
thence South 48 degrees 18 minutes 48 seconds East 100.00 feet to a set one-half inch rebar with cap
