Dear Department of Planning and Development:
Hopper & Co. Property Group, LLC respectfully submits this letter in support of our application for Short -Term Rental-2 (STR-2)
authorization for the property located at 705 South Oak Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
The proposed short-term rental will be operated in compliance with all applicable City of Little Rock ordinances and regulations. The
property will be available for rental periods of no fewer than two (2) consecutive days, with a maximum occupancy of four (4) guests
per unit.
The home is located on a quiet dead-end street with minimal traffic and offers ample on -site parking for guests. Its proximity to the
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), Arkansas Children's Hospital, and other nearby healthcare institutions makes it
especially well -suited to serve traveling nurses, physicians, medical students, patients, and visiting families.
In addition to providing much -needed short-term housing options in the area, this use will help preserve and maintain a distinctive
historic residence that has been part of the neighborhood for decades. Hopper & Co. Property Group is committed to responsible
