1. Will the entire residence be rented. or tip, individual rcoms?
2. VVas the property previously utilized as a short-term rental (STR) prior to the
applications If so, hog, long?
3. Hosting events. parties, etc will not be permitted on the property during short-term
rental use.1
This is regarding Z-10231 at 705 S Oak Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. The address shown
above is 6505 Juniper Road. I believe these questions are for 705 S Oak Street. If not,
please advise. Thank you.

2. The property has been utilized as a short-term rental (STR) since at least March of
2022, maybe longer, but we have not tracked down the owners before March 2022.
3. Events, parties, etc., will not be permitted on the property during short-term rental
use.
