I am writing to formally request approval for operating a short term rental at 112 W. 13th St., Little Rock, AR. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and well main managed space that
serves as a positive asset to the Soma neighborhood and surrounding community. The property is ideally suited for hosting individuals, couples, and families looking for a quiet and
comfortable stay in Little Rock. It features on site parking and fencing to provide security for guest. Please be assured that we are committed to maintaining a peaceful environment.
No parties, large, gatherings, or excessive noise will be permitted at any time. We will enforce strict guest rules to ensure property is used responsibly. We have 24 hour monitoring
around property and live only 10 minutes away. Our intention is not only to offer a quality lodge experience, but also to contribute positively to the Soma area by keeping the property
well-maintained monitored and in full compliance with the city regulations thank you for considering this application and I’m happy to provide any additional information you may need.
