That Whereas, the undersigned are the ouriers of the lands shown in the plat
hereto attached, being The North 850 feet of the W•,3 of Block 4 and the North
150 feet of the East 1=alf of Block 4 and all of Block 4, except the North
100 feat of the Scuth 150 fact of the West 164.35 feet thereof, all in Howard
Adams Subdivision of $action 6, Township 1 North, Range 12 yeast, in Pulaski

It is desirable that the property be subdivided into Lots and Blocks;
NOF3 T"EREFORF.., the undersigned, hereinafter, termed grantors, for and in
consideration of bartefits to accrue to them, which they hereby acknowledge
to bo of value, have caused to be m de a plat hereto attached, showing the
survey mode on Dcowber 5, 195S by Chris L. wrig&k, Registered Professional
Enginaer, showing the bounds and d_mens.i,on3 of the lots and blocks and of the
Street known as Bricicton Place; and the grantors do hereby dedicate to the
public forever the Street shown on said plat as Briolcton Place, to be used as
a public roadriay.
The filirw of this Bill of Assurance &M Plat thereto attached for record in
the Office of the Circuit Clerk and $x=Officlo Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of said Addition
as shown bT said Plat.
The lands embraced in said slat shall be forever known as
BRICKTOU ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
x d every deed of conveyance of any lot in said addition describing same by
t::e number or numbers as shov:n on said plat shall always be deemed a sufficient
description thereof.
The lots in said subdivision shell be sold by the grantors and shall be pur-
chased by the buyers thereof subject to the .following covenants that shall
run ::ith the land, to -wit;
The Aiound floor area of the main structure of any dwelling constructed on
any lot or part thereof, with the exception of Lot 1, Block 1, shall be not
10S3 than 1000 square feet. The ground floor area of the main structure of
dwelling constructed on Lot 1, Block 1, shall be not less than 850 square feet.
No building shall be constructed on any of the above numbered lots nearer
than the front building set back line as shown on plat attached hereto.
This Plat and Amended Bill of Assurance is executed for the uuraoae of oanoell-

elated November 3, 1955, recorded in Deod Record Book 586, Page 169, in the
Pulaski County Recorderesoffice.
