Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant responses are due no later than Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Please
submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All
documents should be submitted to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide completed Street ROW agreement form.
2. Provide a bill of assurance. If the property is not located in a subdivision with a bill of
assurance, submit a statement to that effect to staff.
3. What type of animals/pets will be treated at the facility?
4. Describe how noise will be mitigated when utilizing the outdoor areas of the facility.
5. All signs must comply with Section 36-346(5)(f) of the City’s Zoning Ordinance
(Highway 10 Design Overlay District).
6. How will trash be collected? Any dumpster placed on the site must be screened and
comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
7. Any fence or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning
Ordinance.
8. All site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
