Neighborhood Opposition to Rezoning Application for 4909 Kavanaugh Blvd.,
Little Rock, AR 72207
In advance of the public hearing scheduled in the aforementioned matter on
November 13, 2025, we, the following interested parties, adamantly express
our opposition in the rezoning application which would change the zoning
from single-family residential to commercial zoning and permit short-term
rentals.
There are valid concerns regarding the negative impact to the character of the
neighborhood, increased traffic, unmonitored transient renters, parking
congestion, and denigration of property values.
