Good morning Torrence, Below are my responses to the comments:
1. Will the entire residence be rented, or by individual room(s)? Entire Residence will be rented.
2. Is the property currently utilized as a short-term rental (STR)? If so, how long? No, the property is currently vacant.
3. Hosting events, parties, etc. will not be permitted on the property during short-term rental use. Yes, we understand there will be no events allowed at the property.
