I, Charlotte Crone, went to the Pulaski County Courthouse and checked with the Land Records
Clerk to see if there was a Bill of Assurance for Parcels : 45L-045.00-123.00 & 45L-045.00-
124.00. According to the Clerk there are no Bill of Assurances on file for either parcel.
