Please find the attached survey, proposed Site and Landscaping Plans, information sheet, application, and other related documents for the subject project. We are requesting on behalf
of David Perez & Deysi Ticum to be placed on the planning agenda for the Hearing Date of October 16, 2025, for approval of the proposed Site Plan and PZD Zoning.
The requested site plan is for the proposed GT Auto Sales Dealership on Helm Drive, Mabelvale, AR. The desired use for the property will be for a commercial building and gravel parking
lot.
