Applicant responses are due no later than Friday, January 16, 2026. Please
submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with written responses from
Development Staff and “Other Departments” to: tthrower@littlerock.gov &

Development Staff Comments:
1. Will the entire unit be rented or by individual rooms?
2. A minimum of one (1) off-street parking space is required for the proposed use.
3. Parties, events, tours, etc. are not permitted at any time during STR use.
4. All signs must comply with Section 36-551 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs
permitted in residential one- and two-family zones).
