Re: Planned Zoning District Application / Victoria Estates Mobile Home Park
Dear Mr. Gosdin,
Our firm represents Victoria Estates Mobile Home Park ("Victoria Estates"). In that capacity,
we are submitting to the City of Little Rock, Victoria Estates' Planned District -Residential (or
Planned Zoning Development) application to rezone the property comprising Victoria Estates to
"PDR ."
Enclosed with this letter are the following:
1. Application for Planned Zoning Development;
2. Affidavit of Agent Authority;
3. Two (2) copies of Survey / Site Plan of subject property.
Requisite fees for this application will be paid upon filing the application.
Victoria Estates is submitting its application and required documents to the City of Little Rock
for the purpose of rezoning the property / mobile park to a PDR district. We request that this matter
be scheduled for the next Little Rock Planning Commission meeting.
If you have any questions or would like to meet with my client and me, we will be glad to do
so. Please prepare this application for the next available Planning Commission meeting.
