submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with written responses from

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide Bill of Assurance.
2. All signs must comply with Section 36-552 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. (signs
permitted in multifamily zones).
3. Any required landscaping must comply with Chapter 15 of the City’s Landscape
Ordinance.
4. Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
