allowance for one short-term rental for the apartment located on the second floor of the building.
I, Becca Swarna, am approved by the owner, Brian Teeter, to act on his behalf. I am an
experienced host of multiple properties around the Central Arkansas area and take great care of
both the properties I own personally and those I assist with managing. Short term guests are
required to do safety and background screening steps through Airbnb prior to being able to
request a stay at our location. We are very mindful of only allowing guests who are respectful of
our property and the nearby neighbors. We have security cameras on site to ensure these rules
are adhered to. We also work very hard at maintaining our 5 star property status because we
want guests to love our city and neighborhood as much as we do. We have a very strict no -party
policy and are quick to take action if we ever suspect this rule is not being followed.
Our typical guests include people passing through Little Rock en route to their destination,
UAMS patients and visitors who want a comfortable location while undergoing treatment or
visiting a family member, people with family members in the city who want to be close and
business professionals who want a full kitchen and the use of laundry while in town for work.
Our typical guests stay on average 1-4 days.
Parking: This property utilizes parking in the parking lot on the western side of the building and
has one dedicated parking spot clearly marked "for apartment tenant only."
We are proposing no changes to the building or exterior structure.
