submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with written responses from

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide Bill of Assurance.
2. All signs must comply with Section 36-552 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. (signs
permitted in multifamily zones).
3. Any new fencing or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning
Ordinance.
4. Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
