BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WE, Wallace R. McDorman and Mary Frances McDorman,
are the lawful owners of Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 12, Hollenberg
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
the Plat of said Addition appearing in Book 76 at Page 450 in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and being desirous of replotting said lots, have caused to be
made and attached hereto a Plat showing
Lots A, b, and C, Block 12, hollenborg
Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas,
to be known as
Replat of Lots 6, 7 and 6 and the West
10 Feat of slley immediately East of
and adjacent thereto. Block 12, iiollen-

Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and do hereby make this
BILL OF ASSURANCE.
The lots shall be as shown on said Plat and every lleed
of Conveyance for any said lot or part thereof, on described and
shown and represented on the aforesaid Plat, shall always and
forever be held and deemed a sufficient description and convey-
ance thereof.
In order to give the most lasting perpetuation and strong -
eat assurance of all things herein contained, the said Wallace R.
McDorman and Mary Frances McDorman will cause this Bill of
Assurance and the Plat hereto attached to be authenticated and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds to Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
