Development Staff Comments:
1. A minimum of one (1) off-street parking space is required for the proposed use.
2. Parties, events, tours, etc. are not permitted at any time during STR use.
3. All signs must comply with Section 36-551 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs
permitted in residential one- and two-family zones).
