Dear Commissioners and Staff:
The above -referenced property owned by the Applicant, Apex Professional Construction LLC, is
zoned R-3, small lot single-family development with a minimum lot size of 5,000 square feet.
Applicant is seeking the allowed conditional use permit to construct duplexes on each of the lots
as shown in the included site plans.
The Applicant is prepared to work closely with the city planning department to address any
concerns and to ensure that the development meets all required standards and regulations.
Applicant kindly requests consideration of the Commission of the conditional use permit
application and would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed effectively so that approval
can be obtained.
