Except a tract in the Southeast corner (SE) of the South Half (S7/2) North Half (N1/2)
Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) described as beginning at the
Southeast corner (SE) of the South Half (S1/2) North Half (N1/2) Southwest Quarter
(SW1 /4) Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) , thence North 75 feet to a point; thence West 210 feet
to a point, thence South 75 feet to a point; thence East 210 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 9.638 acres.
Also less and except: A part of the S1/2 of the N1/2 of the SW1 /4 NE1/4 Section 25,
Township 1 North, Range 13 west, more particularly described as: Starting at the Northwest
corner of the SW7/4 NE1/4, said Section 25; thence Southerly along the West line of the
SWIM NE1/4, said Section 25, 403.9 feet to the point of beginning; thence along the arc of
a 263.7 foot radius curve to the left a chord distance of 114.5 feet to a point 25 feet East of
the West line of the SW1/4 NE1/4, said Section 25; thence Southerly and parallel with the
West Line of the SW1/4 NE1/4, said Section 25, 88.7 feet to a point; thence along the arc of
a 85.19 foot radius curve to the left a chord distance of 58.1 feet to a point on the South line
of S7/2 N1/2 SW1/4 NE1/4, said Section 25; thence Westerly 44.5 feet to the Southwest
corner of said S1/2 N1 /2 SW 1/4 NE1/4, Section 25; thence Northerly along the West line of
the SW1/4 NE1/4. said Section 25, 254.9 feet to the point of beginning.
