Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant responses are due no later than Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Please
submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with written responses from
Development Staff and “Other Departments.” Please submit responses to
comments for your item to: tthrower@littlerock.gov & agoldman@littlerock.gov.

Development Staff Comments:
1.Provide a boundary survey from a Professional Surveyor for subject property.
2.Provide operating hours for what is described as “occasional weekend programming,
or community events.”
3.Provide the maximum number of staffers that will be available during “occasional
weekend programming, or community events.”
4.Will contracted security be provided during “occasional weekend programming, or
community events?”
5.Provide a completed affidavit form.
6.Show parking spaces designated for staff, visitors, youth, etc. on the site map provided
with the application.
