How will the site be accessed from Cantrell Road? Are there shared ingress/egress and parking for the existing building and proposed patio homes, including a shared access/parking agreement
for the proposed development? If so, provide to staff any existing access/parking agreement and/or the instrument number.
Provide front setback dimensions for each house on the site plan.
