For your records, the receipt for the application filing fee for the proposed PD-R to be located at 12401 Kanis Road is attached.
As a reminder, please submit a notarized affidavit for the proposed development as soon as possible.
Finally, notices for the March 12, 2026, Planning Commission meeting must be postmarked no
later than February 25, 2026.
