Enclosed please find the following for the above referenced project:
1. Application for Planned Zoning Development
2. Information Sheet
3. Street ROW Agreement
4. Affidavit for Acting Agent
5. Property Survey/Architectural Site Plan, Building Plan, and Exterior Elevations
We are requesting a change in the current C-2 Zoning to a PD-C to allow two free-standing
buildings. One will house a Little Caesar's Pizza (with a drive-thru pickup). The second building
will house an Abby Road Vape Store with additional tenant rental space (this space will also
have a drive-thru pickup window and could house a food -service establishment). As a part of
the PUD submittal process, we are subdividing Lot 1 (1/664 acres) into 3 separate lots for
individual development and ownership. Lot 1A (Little Caesars) will have a land area of 0.612
acres, Lot 1 B (Abby Road) will have 0.451 acres, and Lot 1 C (future C-2 development) will have
0.601 acres.
