Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant responses are due no later than Friday, February 20, 2026. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with written responses from Development Staff and “Other Departments”

Development Staff Comments:
Request C-2 permitted uses and alternate uses.
Remove building lines from site plan.
Show widths of proposed driveways and all proposed cross-access easements on the site plan.
All signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones).
Any fence or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Any dumpster placed on the site must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
All site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
