The footings appeared to be at least 12" thick and at least 16" wide with the bottom of footing at least 12" below exterior grade. Although I did not observe the footing reinforcing before concrete placement, the footings appeared to be performing well. I did not observe settlement or cracking in the footings or block foundation giving indication of inadequate or improper footing construction.
