As you are aware, AHPP holds a Deed of Conservation Easement on this property and we are required to review and approve any alterations that affect the exterior appearance of the building and- property grounds. We have reviewed the proposed garage and deck plans submitted by Reginald Wright, AIA and the Capital Zoning District Commission Staff Report prepared by Boyd Maher. AHPP staff members have determined that the proposed work meets the SecretaErj of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. We have no outstanding concerns and approve of the work plans submitted.
