advising them that the Second Petition for grading, draining, curbing, guttering,

and building sidewalks on all that portion of the streets -included wthln the limii ts
of said street Lmpr•vPment district has been filed with the clerk of this City; and
WHEREAS2 This is the time fixed in said notice -for the hearing to determine
whether those signing said petition constitute a majority in value of the owners of
real property vuthin said district; and,
WHEREAS, This council has heard 9,11 persons who desire to be, heard upon the
question, of whether the signers of sa.Ld petition 00113titUtO such majority; and,
WHERFAS7 This Council has ascertained that sajd Slgners do constitute such
majority and that sad petition praying that the cost of said Jmprovement be assessed
and charged on the real property in the &strict is in due form and properly signed bv,
