That the zoning classification of the following described property be and is hereby 11 changed as indicated: 12 Z-10295 - DESCRIBED AS LOTS 5-8, BLOCK 11, ROOTS AND COY 13 ADDITION,CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS 14 AND 15 THE WEST 30 FEET OF APPAIN WAY(ABANDONED BY ORDINANCE NO. 16 16143) LYING WITHIN BLOCK 11 ROOTS AND COY ADDITION, CITY OF 17 LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS: FROM "R-3" SINGLE 18 FAMILY DISTRICT TO"1-2"LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT(NORTH SIDE 19 OF W. 11TH STREET,APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET EAST OF S.WOODROW 20 STREET). 21 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 22 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 23 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. See Exhibits A and B. 24 Section 3.That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its 25 passage and approval. 26 Section 4.Severability. In the event any title,section,paragraph, item, sentence, clause phrase, or 27 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 30 ordinance. 31 Section 5. Repealer.
