8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed
11 from R-3 (Single Family District)to R-4(Two-Family District), Planned Office District to PD-R,
12 Planned District—Residential:

14 Z-10288 - DESCRIBED AS LOT 3, BLOCK 7, PLATEAU SUBDIVISION,
15 AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: FROM
16 "R-3" SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT TO "R-4" TWO-FAMILY DISTRICT
17 (310 S.OAK STREET).

19 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
20 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
21 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
22 Section 3.That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its
23 passage and approval.
24 Section 4.Severability. In the event any title, section,paragraph, item, sentence, clause phrase, or
25 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
26 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
27 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
28 ordinance.
29 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
30 with the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
