9 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the requested
10 changes to the Land Use Plan Map and now recommends the changes for adoption.
11 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
12 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
13 Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is amended from Residential Low Density (RL)
14 to Park/Open Space (PK/OS) as shown in the attached graphic Exhibit A, following the
15 described territory below,also referred to as 4410 Sam Peck Road.
16 LOT 3, PIEDMONT SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
17 PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
18 Section 11. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
19 clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
20 unconstitutional,such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the
21 ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
22 invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
23 Section 12. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same that are
24 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
25 inconsistency.
