The Land Use Plan Map is amended from Mixed Use(MX)to Light Industrial 14 (LI) as shown in the attached graphic Exhibit A, following the described territory below, also 15 referred to as Lots 5-8, Block 11,and W 30 feet of Roots and Coy Addition. 16 LOTS 5 - 8, BLOCK 11, ROOTS & COY ADDITION, CITY OF LITTLE 17 ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS. 18 AND 19 THE WEST 30 FEET OF APPAIN WAY(ABANDONED BY ORDINANCE 20 NO. 16143) LYING WITHIN BLOCK 11, ROOTS & COY ADDITION, 21 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS. 22 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 23 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 24 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall 25 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional 26 was not originally a part of the ordinance. 27 Section 3. Repealer.
