In order for a horneown er to obtain a permit to Install, repair or replace any part of the plumbing syster;
In his/her iinvate home, the -following qualifications and conditions must be met.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. The home must be a single family residence (duplexes or any part thereof are not considere(
single family residences) that you own and must be occupied by you, or be vacant and will bE
occupied by you after all plumbing work has been completed and approved as ready fo
occupancy.
2. The homeowner, in n� arson, shall install repair or replace all plumbing work bimlherself and
not_t*Q or otherwise use licensed or non -licensed contractors or their employees to do any ofthe
plumbing work.

(deed) and proper Identifications (driver's license, etc.). .
5. The homeowner shall be responsible forthe securing of all requirgd inspections atthe appropriat(

regulations of the Arkansas State Plumbing Code and the Little Rock City Code of Ordinance;
pertaining to the plumbing system.
