C. Minimum fee for any permit shall be $30.00. Additional Tree for Data Processing:-$2.00 (Res.), $4.00 (Comm).
D. Expiration of permits Is one year from date of Issuance.
E. Penalties (Working without a permit): Where work for which a permit Is required by the 1997 Arkansas
Mechanical Code is started or proceeded prior to obtaining said permit, the fee herein specified shall
be tripled; however, payment of such triple fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with
the requirements of the 1997 Arkansas -Mechanical Code in -the execution of the work nor from any
penalties prescribed herein and no additional permits shall be granted until all fees have been paid.
NOTICE: SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ELECTRICAL, CAS, PLUMBING AND HVACR WORK.
