All conditions will be satisfied before the building will be occupied and a C.O. written. -1. All the Fire Department requirements as required by Fire Marshall Mark Stanley shall be satisfied and approved by Mr. Stanley. 2. There will not be a stove in the kitchen. Only microwave or regular ovens are to be used. 3. The smoke detectors shall be hard wired with battery back up. Also they shall be wired such that when one detector is activated all alarms will sound. 4. The ramp must be rebuilt and meet all the requirements for a handicap ramp ( handrails on both sides, a landing at the door 60 inches deep, and a slope of not more than one and twelve). The surface shall be non -slip. 5. All plumbing and electrical permits shall be applied for and inspections made. 6. The nap room must include a egress window. This was discussed with the gentleman at the job site. The existing window does not meet the requirements to the exact measurements but is close enough and existing.
