C. Minimum fee for any permit shall be $30.00. Additlonal Fee for Dt Ya-Processing: $2.00 (Res.), $4.00 (Comm.).
D. Expiration of permits is one year from date of issuance.
E. penalties (Working without a permit): Where work for which a permit is required by the 1997 Arkansas Mechanical
Code is started or proceedod prior to obtaining said permit, the fee herein specified shall be tripled; however, .
payment of such triple fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with the requirements of the 1997
Arkansas Mechanical Code in the execution of the work nor from any ponalties prescribed herein and no additional
permits shall be granted until all fees have been paid.
NOTICE: SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ELECTRICAL, GAS, PLUMBING AND HVACR WORK.

contained herein, unless approved by the Building Official will render this permit null and void.
