Written approval from the State Health Department, Plumbing Division, must be obtained for all commercial buildings prior to issuance of the building permit. In some circumstances the permit may be issued with the following conditions: 1. A receipt from the Arkansas State Health Department must be submitted showing that an appointment is scheduled. 2. All requirements noted in the Arkansas State Health Department Review must be complied with. 3. A copy of the Arkansas State Health Department approval must be submitted as soon as it is received. 4.
