During that review you noted a couple of items that needed to be corrected before the certificate of occupancy could be issued. Please see the attached Notice of Additions or Corrections that was issued on October 8, 2001. We offer the following response to the attached notice. 1. A 90,minute rated door has been ordered for the stairwell. This door was ordered on October 8, 2001 and will take apprmdmatey 3 weeks to deliver and will be installed once it is received. 2. The additional hom and strobes that are required in the main area were installed on October 9, 2001. 3. The additional exit light at the south door was installed on October 8, 2001, 4. The door hold open devices at the double doors was installed on October 9, 2001. 5. Attached please find a copy of the Fire Alarm System Certification. If there is any additional information that is required, please feel free to call.
