3 A RESOLUTION SETTING JULY 21,2026,AS THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC
4 HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ISSUANCE OF WATER RECLAMATION
5 SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING
6 BETTERMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S WATER
7 RECLAMATION SYSTEM.

9 WHEREAS,the City of Little Rock,Arkansas owns a water reclamation system(the"System"),which
10 is operated by the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority, for and on behalf of the Little Rock Water
11 Reclamation Commission(the "Commission"); and
12 WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that the acquisition, construction and equipping of
13 betterments and improvements to the System are necessary;
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. A public hearing to consider the issuance of Water Reclamation System Revenue Bonds,
17 Series 2026(the "Series 2026 Bonds")in the maximum aggregate principal amount of Eighty-Two Million
18 Dollars ($82,000,000) shall be held by the Board of Directors on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or
19 as soon thereafter as the matter comes on the call of the agenda. The hearing shall be held in the Board
20 Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall, located at 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. All
21 interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed issuance of the Series
22 2026 Bonds.
23 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
24 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this resolution which shall remain in full force and
26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally part of this
27 resolution.
28 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same which are inconsistent
29 with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
