3 A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY APPOINTMENTS TO THE ARKANSAS
4 MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER
5 PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as a member of the Little Rock
10 Advertising and Promotion Commission:
11 Tabietha Dillard, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30,
12 2034.
13 Marcy Doderer,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year term,said term to expire on June 30, 2034.
14 John Erck,appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term,said term to expire on June 30,2034.
15 David Mitchell,Jr.,appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30,
16 2034.
17 Marisa Nabholz,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year term,said term to expire on June 30,2034.
18 Jeff Nolan,appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30, 2034.
19 Tobin Spading,appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term,said term to expire on June 30,2034.
20 Rene Starr,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30,2034.
21 Anne Wallace,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year term,said term to expire on June 30,2034.
22 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase or
23 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
24 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
25 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
26 resolution.
27 Section 3. Repealer. All laws ordinances resolutions or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
28 the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
