HomeMy WebLinkAbout17077 1 RESOLUTION NO. 17,077 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT TITLE TO PROPERTY DONATED TO 4 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BY WARRANTY DEED FROM THE 5 CRIPPEN FAMILY TRUST TO BE USED FOR NEIGHBORHOOD 6 REVITALIZATION PROGRAMS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7 8 WHEREAS,the Board of Directors has stated as one of its goals a desire to provide for neighborhood 9 revitalization, and has taken special efforts to accomplish this goal through its use of various City and 10 federal funds,and in affirmative actions such as the creation of a Land Bank Commission; and, 11 WHEREAS, in order to accomplish this goal, it is required that properties be obtained by the City in 12 areas that are appropriate for revitalization; and, 13 WHEREAS, Martha Crippen has indicated her desire to donate to the City of Little Rock her four 14 properties located at Lee Summit Drive, Little Rock, AR 72204: Parcel Numbers: 44L1590008600, 15 44L1590008700,44L1590008800,and 44L1590008900.The legal descriptions progress sequentially from 16 west to east across Lots 30,31, 32,and 33 of Block 7(GA. Severability.
