QUALIFICATIONS 1. The home must be a single family residence (duplexes or any part thereof are not considered single family residences) that you own and must be occupied by you, or be vacant and will be occupied by you after all plumbing work has been completed and approved as ready for occupancy. 2. The homeowner, in person, shall install repair or replace all plumbing work him/herself and ill not hire. or otherwise use licensed or non -licensed contractors or their employees to do any of the plumbing work. 3. The homeowner must make application to obtain permit personally and shall not send agents or re, r�esentatives. 4. The homeowner must show (to the Permit Officer) proof of property ownership for said property (deed) and proper identifications (driver's license, etc.). 5. The homeowner shall be responsible for the securing of all required inspections atthe appropriate point of progress during the job and at conclusion of job and for compliance with all rules and regulations of the Arkansas State Plumbing Code and the Little Rock City Code of Ordinances pertaining to the plumbing system.
