Project is to be completed as amended and as approved by Historic District
Commission in the July 9, 2012 hearing. Construct improvements as submitted with the
addition of windows on the north and south elevations. Windows are to be paired with a
fixed panel above (24x53") and awning window below (14x17"). Windows are to be
installed in entry way on north side and,clpset.,pn s_q.utlq.Sidq, .Manufacturer and model
numbers of windows are to be same as the other approved windows. Final placement
of windows is to be approved by Staff at time of building permit.
