3 A RESOLUTION TO ADD CERTAIN STRUCTURES AND
4 REMOVE CERTAIN STRUCTURES FROM THE
5 CONDEMNATION ORDINANCE NO. 17,955; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, on March 9, 1999, City of Little Rock Board of Directors approved Little
9 Rock Ordinance No. 17,955, which condemned certain structures declared to be a public
10 nuisance as a result of damage from the January 21, 1999, tornado; and
11 WHEREAS, Section 5 of Ordinance No. 17,955 permits City staff to make an
12 administrative determination that certain structures could be removed from and added to
13 the above ordinance if such action does not pose substantial risk to public health, safety
14 and welfare of persons in the vicinity of the structure; and
15 WHEREAS, City staff has made the administrative determination that certain
16 structures should be added to and removed from the ordinance based on an inspection
17 following the passage of Ordinance No. 17, 955.
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
19 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
20 SECTION 1. The following addresses contain structures to be added to the
21 condemnation ordinance, Little Rock Ordinance No, 17,955 (March 9, 1999):
22 515 East 15rh Street 1422-24 South Rock Street
23 1415 South Commerce 1614 Cumberland
24 2422 Ringo 2417 South Cross
25 3119 Marshall 3301 Battery
26 3318 Wolfe
27 SECTION 2. The following addresses contain structures that have already been
28 demolished or rehabilitated by the owners, and, therefore, will be removed from the
29 condemnation ordinance, Little Rock Ordinance No, 17,955:
