RE: 1422-24 S. Rock Street; Tornado Damaged Structure
Dear Mr. Rogers;
As you have previously been advised, the City of Little Rock is currently in the process
of securing bids for the razing and removing of the above referenced structure. In order
for the City to proceed with the demolition, it will be necessary for you to fill out the
attached forms and return them to my office as soon as possible.
As you are also aware, the petition to the Historic District Commission for approval of
the demolition of this structure was deferred for sixty (60) days. These forms and any
notifications, which you receive from this office, do not override the Commissions
decision. We are merely finalizing all paperwork should authorization be given at the
end of the sixty (60) day deferral for demolition to proceed.
