ANNE:
Attached you will find a copy of the ownerships and legal descriptions
which you provided to me for the purpose of notifying the adjacent property
owners of the upcoming public hearing. I have also included a listing of
those property owners whom I notified that were not on this listing.
All notices were sent certified as required. I have attached the receipts to
copies of the notices as the went out to the property owners. I will forward
any returned green cards and/or returned mail as the come in to me.
Please let me know if you will need any additional information. Sorry for the
delay in getting this information to you.
