I’ve received the list of surrounding owners from Beach Abstract and the public notice letter. All
information on the public notice letter is accurate except, potentially, the project description. I know
the scope of work you wish to apply for has changed a few times, so just make to include the full
scope of work, such as the proposal to construct an accessory structure. Following, please make
sure to sign at the bottom and send out the signed version to the surrounding property owners via
certified mail as well as send me a copy of the signed version.
I’ve got an updated public notice yard sign—with the completed information—at our office ready to
pick up. Do you need a new metal H-stake for it?

Attached you will find
1. Beach Abstract letter, List of Property owners within 200 ft (3), map of legal descriptions involved
2. Draft of Notice of Public Hearing July 7, 2025
I previously had picked up the yard sign to display. It is in Little Rock. I will be in Little Rock June 5
for a week.
I will fill out the information on the sign and get it displayed. I have the file number as HDC 2025-
010. Prior to filling it out I will again confirm with you and send you a picture after it is completed and
posted in the yard.
I am aware of the remaining documents I need to provide within the specified timeframe prior to the
July 7 meeting and will keep you updated.
