Proposed Modifications
Purpose: Structural and roofing components of Driveway and 162 SF structures (southwest end)
were damaged by a large portion of a diseased oak tree on property owned by ArDOT.
Scope: To remove structural framing, roofing, and siding of driveway and 162 SF areas note: these
are two different roof heights
Considerations: The areas contained in the Driveway and 162 SF are not historical to the property
and serve no purpose for use at this time.
Timeline: As soon as project is approved
Structural Changes:
Wood siding, metal roofing and wood structural supports and framing will be removed
The south side of the Barn will not have any structural changes
Material Changes:
The concrete driveway will remain
The concrete slab in the 162 SF will remain
A new wood fence will replace the existing fence and the 27ft south side area where siding and
framing were removed
